Indications:
To control mycoplasma and related conditions in poultry for better growth and more eggs.
This is a Mycoplasma-specific antibiotic that controls MG & MS in broilers, layers, & breeders. Controls E. coli and secondary bacterial infections. Controls early chick mortality & vertical transmission of mycoplasma. Provide effective control of mycoplasma and related conditions.

Dosage:
Forlutin 80%:
Prevention (water/feed): 3 g/1000 chicks for 3 days during the first week of life. 15 mg/kg body weight for 2-3 days at 3-4 week intervals.
Treatment (water/feed): 30 mg/kg body weight for 3-5 days depending on the severity of the disease.
